1- GENERAL DESCRIPTION AND DEFINITIONS
This Information Text is prepared by ADN Bilişim Teknolojileri A.Ş. It has been prepared regarding the processing of personal data within the scope of e-commerce, blog, corporate web design, SEO, Google Ads, SSL Certificate and Web hosting services offered by (referred to as "ADN Bilişim"). ADN Bilisim, which is the "data controller" within the scope of KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698), provides information to its users through this text.

3- OBLIGATIONS OF THE DATA CONTROLLER
ADN Bilisim provides its users with a text explaining the purpose of processing personal data, method of use, transfer conditions and the rights of data subjects. In addition, it strives to prevent unlawful processing of personal data by taking data security measures.
4- PERSONAL DATA TO BE PROCESSED
Personal data to be processed by ADN Bilişim includes the following categories:
- Identity information: Name, surname, TR Number, date of birth, etc.
- Contact information: Address, telephone, e-mail, etc.
- Financial information: Tax office and tax number
- Information regarding the business relationship: Wage, social security, bank account number, etc.
- Other information: Profession, education level, camera recording, fingerprint, etc.
5- METHODS OF OBTAINING PERSONAL DATA
Personal data can be obtained directly from the user or through indirect means such as online sales platforms, camera recording, dealers and solution partners.
6- PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
ADN Bilisim processes personal data for the following purposes:
- Tax and regulatory compliance
- Protection of consumer rights
- Product sales and service delivery
- Customer satisfaction management
- Increasing service quality
- Campaign, promotion and advertising activities
7- TRANSFER AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
ADN Bilisim does not transfer personal data to third parties without the express consent of the relevant person. However, sharing can be done with specified institutions in line with legal obligations.
8- OBTAINING THE EXPRESS CONSENT OF THE RELEVANT PERSON IN THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
ADN Bilisim obtains explicit consent from the relevant person before processing personal data. Explicit consent is defined as consent based on informed consent and expressed with free will.
9- STORAGE PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data is destroyed by ADN Bilisim when the purpose of processing ceases and the legal retention period expires.
10- RIGHTS OF THE RELATED PERSON
Relevant persons have various rights regarding their personal data by applying to ADN Bilisim. These rights include the right to receive information, correction, deletion and objection.
11- APPLICATION TO THE DATA CONTROLLER
Persons whose personal data are processed can apply to ADN Bilisim to exercise their rights within the scope of Article 11 of Law No. 6698. Applications can be made in writing, via the KEP address or with an electronic signature.
